Mardin has
narrow streets and ornate stone mansions. Because of narrow streets the garbage is collected by dustmen whit donkey. Streets uneven and hilly, houses
stone and flat-roofed. Mardin has madrasas, dargah and tunnel. Byzantine

Harzem Taceddin Masood Madrasah (Kızıltepe)
